The Cutest Pumpkin in the Patch

Emmy made the rounds to all the best pumpkin patches this year.  Grandma and I took her to Lombardi's over the weekend and she was quite a hit in her little costume.   We tried and we tried but we could not get her to crack a smile--very out of character for this one.  Here is Emmy's serious side...

Emmy's first trip to Avila Barn

It's been our tradition to go to Avila Barn every year to pick out pumpkins and get in the Fall spirit.  I went last year with Kim when Emmy was in my belly and Kim was just Kim.  This year it was the three of us and now Kim is Auntie Kim!  We had a great time and Emmy loved all the bright colors and new things. 

Growing up so fast!

 We have noticed such a difference in our little girl in the last month or so.  She can sit really well, she can crawl (backwards), she says da-da-da-da, she lights up with pleasure when she sees us, she loves Koa, she gets mad when we take our cell phones away from her, and the list goes on and on.  She has quite the little personality and just gets sweeter every day.  I can't believe she is already 6 1/2 months!
